Calvin began making music at 15 in his bedroom recording studio. His success came directly from applying and developing his talents, in his own home studio, and promoting the results on MySpace.
Now only 23, in 2007 Calvin has:
* Released his first album I Created Disco 18th June - uptempo electroclash songs influenced by 1980's music. * Top 10 hit in UK singles chart; charted for 15 weeks: Acceptable in the 80s * Recorded & co-written with Kylie Minogue. * Produced a remixed version of The Mitchell Brothers song "Michael Jackson".2006: Calvin signed with EMI (publishing) and Sony BMG (recording), after being discovered on the social networking website MySpace. He was working from home in Dumfries at the time.
2004: Released a song in 2004 with artist, Ayah on The Unabombers' 'Electric Soul 2'.
2002: Calvin's earliest success was at 18: the songs "Da Bongos" and "Brighter Days" released as a 12" club single and CD-EP by the Prima Facie label under the name Stouffer.
